Neighborhood Blog: Our neighborhood blog is located at www.cordovatowne.blogspot.com The reason why we have a blog (an on-line journal basically) is to provide a common place for us to talk about events, ideas and local issues we face in order to develop community and continually improve our neighborhood. The gist is that anyone in the neighborhood can contribute to the blog. Either you can sign up to become a contributor or simply email a post to the Blog Adminstrator at "info [at] cordovatowne [dot] com" and your post will get on-line. |
In addition to the blog as shown below, we have several other ways listed under the image for how to help communication flow effectively as a neighborhood. We realize that having solid communication is a hallmark of a strong neighborhood. |

| 1. Neighborhood e-Group | ||
Are you on the e-Group yet? If not, click HERE or contact the Site Administrator at "info [at] cordovatowne [dot] com" and you'll be added so that you participate in community conversation. If you are not signed up for the e-Group and you have something important to let the neighborhood know about, please call 595-3735 or email the information to the above address. When emailing us, please include "Cordova Towne" in the subject line of the email so that your message is not deleted as SPAM. |
| 2. Subscribe to the Blog | ||
Subscribing to the blog is absolutely free of cost and means that you will have all blog posts (usually 2 per week) emailed to you when a post goes up. Click HERE to subscribe. Subscription is a good way to ensure that we are all on the same page and communicating the same information, whether about BBQs, yard sales, crime, etc... If you have something you want posted on the blog, then either become a contributor or simply contact a neighbor who is contributing already. If you do not wish to subscribe, simply being a regular reader will accomplish the same goal. |
| 3. Become a Blog Contributor | ||
| We are looking for others who would like to contribute to this blog. The guidelines are simple. 1. You must live within the neighborhood. 2. If you are under 18, you'll need your parent's permission. 3. Keep the content clean, appropriate and focused on neighborhood/Rancho stuff. 4. Keep it positive where possible. 5. Be courteous to neighbors while online. Being a contributor means that you will be able to log in to the blog at anytime and put up a post for the neighborhood. If you don't want that capability, then you are always welcome to simply e-mail your post to "info [at] cordovatowne [dot] com" and it will get on-line for you (or just call 595-3735 with an issue or idea). We reserve the right to monitor content on the blog and thus edit or remove content as necessary or deemed appropriate to do so. | ||
