Beautification: One of our big emphases for 2008 is beautification. We would like to continue to see both residential and commercial property within the Cordova Towne neighborhood improve in appearance. This is why residents have taken the initiative to re-landscape the planter boxes at the entrance to Cordova Towne on Croydon & Mather Field Road, and also the reason why we are planning a Beautification Week. |

As a neighborhood we are going to have a “Beautification Week” during April 20-26th 2008 in order to help promote the beauty of our neighborhood, enjoy neighborhood life, clean things up, and celebrate Cordova Towne. Since this is the week of Arbor Day and Earth day, we encourage all residents to spruce up the exterior of their houses, maybe do a project that you have wanted to do, plant flowers or trees, and to get involved in some of the simple ways below. We feel that the better our neighborhood looks, the prouder our residents will be. This is all about residents building a stronger community. |

NOTE: If you are planning to do a project, let us know about it so that we can celebrate together all of the projects going on and then encourage other residents to do what they can too. This is critical for our success. For example, a resident on Croydon is going to paint his exterior fence and so he has filled out the Beautification Flyer below to let us know. This helps us be able to team up together. For questions or to let us know what you are planning, fill out the following form, call 595-3735 or email "info [at] cordovatowne [dot] com" or download the Winter/Spring flyer and fill out the sign-up portion (then fill out the form to get back to us). |
